with your bodily smells; hygiene is paramount at all times.
Positions
Learn to adopt a position by either a one word voice command,
or by a subtle hand movement.
Learn what is expected of you by your Mistress;
quick fluid movement with no hesitation or fumbling. Never

Pain?
Oh how I despair at the numerous websites offering medieval
tortures and other sadistic practices...but not much else.
